Wild Animal Prayers

Wild Animal Prayers is an active meditative practice that honours and mobilizes our Dionysian life-energy by sourcing our instinctual intelligence and allowing our emotions to express through spontaneous movement and vocalizing. Elements of this practice are frequently included in Women’s Circles and occasionally in solo retreats.
